Home Siding Replacement Process
First ContactWhen you contact us, we will schedule a free in-home estimate and consultation for your siding. We can schedule an appointment time that is convenient for you, including evenings and Saturdays. We’ll ask you a couple of key questions to help us prepare for our meeting. Meetings can take as long or short as is needed so that you are comfortable and understand the products and process. However, we suggest you plan for at least 30 minutes. Meeting at Your HomeDuring our meeting, we will inspect your current siding, measure your home, and discuss product options with you. We will show you product samples and discuss the pros and cons of the various products to determine the best fit for your needs. We’ll then take the information from our meeting to prepare a bid for our next visit. Visit our Gallery for design ideas. Prepare BidWe'll prepare a detailed bid that clearly outlines the scope of work and then carefully review the proposal with you to ensure that you fully understand the bid. Our representative is always available to answer your questions about the bid, the process, and of course any concerns you may have. If we are fortunate enough to earn your business, we will sign an agreement that protects you and begin the process of scheduling the work. Begin WorkOur experienced siding replacement crew will start work on the scheduled date. Our siding crews are true professionals as they are knowledgable, work efficiently, and are respectful of you and your property. All old siding and debris is disposed of and we thoroughly clean up the home site after we are complete. Siding replacement typically takes seven to fourteen working days to complete. Schedule Painting
If you’ve chosen to have us paint your home, we will schedule the painting phase of the project once your new siding is installed. We use
high-quality Sherwin-Williams paint and will apply two coats for maximum durability. Before we spray-paint your home, we will cover your
walkways, nearby brushes, and other items nearby to prevent overspray. It normally takes 2 to 5 working days to paint a home, based on the
size of the home and of course our always cooperative Northwest weather.
