Puget Sound Energy Rebate Program
If you are a PSE customer and use electricity or natural gas as your primary heating source for your residential home, and you meet all
of the requirements below, then you can qualify for a PSE rebate of $6 per square foot up to $500 for upgrading to energy star
rated windows.
General Qualifications:
- Home must be fully insulated with above R-0
insulation in attic, floors and walls.
- Upgrade from existing single-pane or double-pane
aluminum framed windows to energy-efficient
windows (.30 U-factor or lower).
- Have a licensed, bonded and insured contractor
install windows to manufacturer specifications.
- Mail or fax this rebate form within 90 days of the
installation date.
- Windows must have NFRC certified U-factor ratings.
- Provide proof of purchase (an invoice or sales
receipt) and your signature verifying that your
pre-existing windows were single-pane or double-pane
aluminum framed windows.
- Rebate does not apply to new construction,
additions that expand the home’s square or cubic
footage or do-it-yourself installations.
- One rebate for window upgrades per site address.
